1) What this service is
- North Grid Systems provides a photo upload + review workflow ("Service") for business locations.
- You control what gets approved for posting and which photos are prioritized.
- We are not affiliated with Google. Google may change rules, features, or visibility at any time.
2) Accounts, access, and responsibility
- The account owner is responsible for all activity under their login and any staff codes they generate.
- Keep staff codes private. Rotate them whenever devices/staff change.
- You are responsible for ensuring your staff have permission to take/upload photos at your location.
3) Acceptable content
- You must have the rights to upload the photos (no stolen content).
- No illegal content, harassment, explicit sexual content, or anything that violates local laws.
- No content that violates Google Business Profile policies (you’re responsible for compliance).
4) Payment, billing, and cancellations
- Plans are billed per location and renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
- No refunds. This includes partial months, unused time, accidental purchases, or downtime.
- Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle starts to avoid being charged again.
- If payment fails, we may pause the Service until payment is resolved.
5) Service availability, limits, and changes
- We aim for reliable uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions.
- We may update features, UI, and workflows over time. Some changes may be required for security or compatibility.
6) Storage and retention
- Photos and metadata may be stored to operate the Service and provide audit history.
- We may delete inactive or canceled accounts after a reasonable retention period.
7) Liability (common-sense version)
- We are not liable for lost revenue, rankings, reputation, or any indirect damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the most recent billing cycle for the affected location.
